Agents faced friction drafting compelling, professional listing descriptions for diverse properties. The tool needed to leverage AI to generate high-quality copy while remaining accessible for both first-time users and sophisticated experts.
Generative research with agents to identify key data points (property features, neighborhood highlights). Detailed system flows mapping the agent journey. Sticky-note synthesis and design labs to iterate with focus groups and stakeholders.
A streamlined AI modal integrated directly into the listing editor. The pattern surfaces AI-generated copy as an editable starting point, and not a final output, keeping agents in control of their voice and brand.

Rebuild the Associate Production view inside Command so a Market Center Leader can open the tab, spend fifteen seconds on it, and walk out knowing what to do next, who to coach, who's trending up, who's at risk.
The legacy view showed numbers but no trajectory. Leaders had to mentally diff quarters to find drift. The redesign needed to layer in an AI Insights module without eroding trust, every output had to be inspectable and actionable.
Sole designer end-to-end with Market Center Leaders, Tech Trainers, PM, and Engineering. Mid-July 2025 user synthesis surfaced three changes, hover tooltips on metric cards, a dedicated Open Opportunities view, and clearer export toasts.
Shipped with multiple breakpoints, and includes the applet's first generative AI surface. Instrumented for tab engagement, AI interaction rate, and structured feedback signal so qualitative follow-ups can land.

Design a native homeowner ecosystem and vendor marketplace to create a new revenue stream for agents beyond traditional commissions, Keller Home for consumers and Keller Home Pro for service vendors.
Synthesize three interconnected user experiences (homeowner, vendor, agent) into a unified proof-of-concept to secure funding, while solving for the $17,000 loss sellers face from incomplete home maintenance.
Co-led cross-functional whiteboard sessions with product leadership and 35 engineers to design end-to-end vendor workflows from onboarding to invoicing. Built a shared component library reused across iOS, Android, and web.
Secured $16M in funding and unlocked a projected $1.5B annual revenue stream by scaling the prototype into a full MVP development effort.

Designed the trash, recycling, and composting carts deployed across the City of Austin in Fall 2017. Worked with curbside collections, Toter, and ARR marketing, from kickoff and city research through iterative review meetings to final spec. Bilingual labels (English/Spanish) and large in-mold lid photos make cart types identifiable at a glance.
Branded Everi for advertising and booth art at G2E, the largest gaming trade show in Las Vegas, unifying the three pillars: Payments, Intelligence, and Games. Also designed a touchscreen-tablet UX flow for CasinoDirect, adapting an existing style guide to credit card terminal interactions.
Brainstormed, mood-boarded, and pitched seasonal campaigns to Marketing. Designed Facebook (under 20% text limit), Instagram, mobile display (under 150KB), and animated email assets across New Year and holiday cycles. Created dynamic mobile display ad templates for external agencies.
Designed a responsive RetailMeNot sweepstakes matching game (2015 holiday) to drive app downloads. Earlier work for GameSalad Marketplace and shipped mobile titles included 2D character animation, tileable backgrounds, and 3D modeling/texturing.
